On Sunday, June 14, we featured our first Potluck Dinner menu of the 2020 series in partnership with Le Creuset, with recipes from featured chefs Andy Ricker of Pok Pok, Andy Doubrava of Rustic Canyon, and Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney for a celebratory evening. 



Andy Ricker is the Chef/Owner of Pok Pok Restaurants. He first visited Thailand as a backpacker in 1987, and has since spent several months each year living, traveling, eating and studying the food culture in Thailand and neighboring countries. Among other achievements and accolades, Andy is a two time James Beard Foundation Award winner and best selling cookbook author.

Andy Doubrava is the Executive Chef at Rustic Canyon in Santa Monica, CA. The Michelin-starred restaurant offers a regularly changing menu of farmers' market-inspired dishes with the best ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen with sustainable practices. Rustic Canyon also has a notable wine list, earning them "100 Best Wine Restaurants" from Wine Enthusiast four years in a row.

Jeremiah Langhorne is the Chef and Co-Owner of The Dabney in Washington, D.C., a restaurant that celebrates Jeremiah's mid-Atlantic roots and focuses on modern American food with strong regional and historic influences. In addition to being named one of Bon Appetit Magazine's "50 Best New Restaurants" in 2016, Jeremiah has recently received the 2018 James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic."
